What does the cleaning service include?
In all rooms:
- Dust all accessible areas.
- Cleaning of tables, surfaces and cupboards.
- Hoover for vacuuming and washing floors.
- Waste disposal.
- Window cleaning.
Kitchen:
- Oven cleaning (external)
- Cleaning of work surfaces and surfaces.
- Dust removal from household appliances.
- Cleaning of sinks.
- Take out rubbish.
Bathroom:
- Cleaning of toilets and showers.
- Cleaning of sinks.
- Cleaning and sanitation of the toilet.
- Washing machine if indicated by the client.
Bedroom:

- Dust removal from furniture and electronic devices.
Living room and other rooms:
- Dusting of furniture and seating (sofas and chairs)

Can I cancel a cleaning service?
Yes, you can. Reservations can be cancelled free of charge with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Can I modify a recurrent or one-off cleaning service?
Yes, you can change the date and time 24 hours before the service. This modification is subject to availability of your assigned professional.
I have taken out a recurring cleaning service but after the first service I want to cancel my subscription, is this possible?
Yes, as long as you send us an email renouncing to the same, 48 hours before the service.
Is the person coming reliable?
We make sure that all our staff have the necessary skills to perform a good cleaning service in your home.
